- Under the concession agreement between the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation and LGU grantors Cebu City Government and Cordova Municipal Government, the CCLEX can adjust rates every two years to account for inflation or the increase in prices and operational costs
- The adjustment is also meant to recover additional costs incurred during the construction of the CCLEX at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and Typhoon Odette, which affected project completion time.
- To ease the impact on motorists, however, the toll increase will be implemented in phases, with discounted rates to be collected starting on July 1, 2025, and the full LTRC-approved amount to be implemented at a later date.
▪️The approved toll rates are:
—- P68 for Class 1M vehicles (motorcycles 110cc to 399cc).
—- P107 for Class 1 vehicles (motorcycles 400cc and up; and 2 or 3-axle vehicles up to 7 feet, such as cars, jeeps, pick-ups, and small vans).
—- P214 for Class 2 vehicles (2 or 3-axle vehicles more than 7 feet, such as light trucks, buses, and high-roof vans).
—- P321 for Class 3 vehicles (rigid trucks with 3 or more axles and more than 7 feet, such as heavy and multi-axle trucks, and trailers).
▪️The discounted rates that will be collected starting July 1, 2025 are:
— P65 for Class 1M vehicles.
— P100 for Class 1 vehicles.
— P200 for Class 2 vehicles.

- The LTRC was established by the local governments of Cebu City and Cordova Municipality to implement and set toll rates for the expressway.
- Since its opening in April 2022, CCLEX has significantly improved travel between Cebu City and Mactan Island, cutting travel time by 20 to 75 percent, down from an average of 82 to 85 minutes previously.
- CCLEX has also made land resources in Cordova more accessible, making it a potential investment area, and has helped to stimulate tourism and the economy after the pandemic.
CCLEX has also helped spur the revival of tourism and the economy after the pandemic.
To further provide better expressway experience and greater mobility to Cebu road users, CCLEC is also embarking on expansion projects that will connect CCLEX to downtown Cebu City and the Mactan Cebu International Airport.
