At the annual State of Duros Address, held at The Events Place in the Woodlands Enclave, Chairman Rafaelito Barino presented the achievements of 2024 and the ambitious vision for 2025 to stakeholders, partners, and community leaders.
Mr. Barino highlighted the DUROS Group’s steadfast commitment to excellence and sustainability across its ventures, while emphasizing the emergence of the next generation of leaders taking on key roles in the growing conglomerate. He also announced expansion plans in Moalboal, Oslob, Panglao, and Mentigi Point, solidifying the group’s dedication to nation-building and sustainable development.

—San-Vic Traders, the cornerstone of the Duros Group, reinforced its leadership in industrial safety with the launch of DURATECT SAFETY and a strengthened partnership with the global brand FLUKE. Demonstrating resilience after a warehouse fire in April, the company rebuilt stronger, equipped with modernized facilities and upgraded risk management systems.

—CEHadvanced its sustainability initiatives with cutting-edge roll-forming machines and eco-friendly insulation solutions. High-profile projects such as the Woodlands Event Pavilion solidified its position as a leader in sustainable construction.
▪️San-Vic Agro Builders
—San-Vic Agro Builders introduced a modern 135,000-head poultry facility and initiated solar-powered electricity projects. Under the leadership of Famela Mantuhac-Sajuela, the company is scaling its operations to support food security in sustainable ways.
▪️Duros Development Corporation
—Duros Development expanded its footprint with major projects in Cebu, Siargao, and Leyte. The company welcomed Engr. Kim Mantuhac-Raza, the first civil engineer in the Mantuhac family who now leads the construction division with a focus on innovation and excellence.

In January 2024, the Mantuhac Family Constitution was formalized, ensuring a smooth generational transition and sustainable stewardship of the business. Initiatives like DUROS CARES (Culture, Appreciation, Resilience, Empowerment, Stewardship) and the Rafaelito and Fe Barino Foundation underscored the group’s commitment to employee well-being and community development, with 10% of annual earnings
allocated to outreach programs.
