The 2023 Cebu Food & Wine Festival will kickoff on June 3, 2023 and will last for 2 weeks from creative surprises to culinary masterpieces, there’s something for everyone at this festival.

On its Press Conference yesterday, May 9, 2023, at the Lobby Lounge, Radisson Blu Hotel, the organizers of the Cebu Food and Wine Festival have announced that they will be hosting a bigger and better festival this year to celebrate their third year.
The guest speakers were DOT-7 Senior Tourism Operations Officer Riza Macaibay, Cebu Chamber of Commerce Pres. Charles Kenneth Co, and Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu General Manager Marko Janssen.
Theme
With the theme “Savor the Culture”, they aim to raise the culinary bar and highlight cultural produce, regional cuisine, people, and places.
The Cebu Food and Wine Festival 2023 is supported by the Department of Tourism Central Visayas Office, Visit Central Visayas, the Cebu Chamber of Commerce, and Industry & Cebu Business Months.
DOT 7 Tourism Operations Officer Riza Macaibay, have conveyed their unwavering support for the Cebu Food and Wine Festival’s efforts to promote Cebu’s food and local tourism.
Numbers
This year’s festival will feature 25 chefs and it will span 15 days across multiple locations in Cebu, with approximately 6,000 attendees from 50 different hotels and restaurants expected to participate this year.
The festival will commence with a Grand Tasting at the beachfront of Crimson Resort Mactan on June 3 and will conclude with a Grand Finale at Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark on June 17.
